1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard (5-7 business days) — $12 flat rate, free on orders over $150.
- Express (2-3 business days) — an additional $15.
- Next Day — an additional $30, available for orders placed before 12pm CT.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery windows begin once an order ships, not when it's placed. Estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International customers should contact us directly to arrange shipping before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please reach out.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier or arrange a replacement shipment.
