1. Return Window
Unopened fragrances may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened bottles may be returned within 14 days if at least 80% of the product remains.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be in its original packaging with the batch label intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Gift-with-purchase items and sample vials are final sale.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@auraluxeperfumes.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Prefer a different fragrance or size? Let us know when you start your return and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original item is on its way back to us.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, sample vials, travel sprays under 15ml, and any bottle missing its batch label cannot be returned.
